Meet Eli, a dedicated high school student with a passion for giving back to his community. During the school year, Eli is busy filling out college applications and rehearsing for the musical. During his summer break, he volunteered nearly 27 hours at Mission. His commitment to helping others did not go unnoticed by the staff, who were impressed by his eagerness to tackle new tasks and his quick learning abilities. We are truly grateful for Eli's invaluable contribution to our volunteer team and look forward to seeing the great things he will continue to achieve in the future.
Why do you volunteer with Mission Animal Hospital?
I volunteer with Mission Animal Hospital to make the animal doctors jobs easier with the tasks I do, as anything to help pets in our community is really important to me.
What's your favorite volunteer task in the hospital?
My favorite task is filling flush syringes!
What do you do when you're not volunteering here?
I like to hang out with friends and family, swim in the lake at my cabin in the summer, alpine ski in the winter, and I also enjoy doing my school musicals!
Do you have any pets?
I have three cats: Cali, Winston, and Melody!
What's the most memorable moment in your time volunteering with Mission Animal Hospital?
My most memorable moment is really any time I volunteer, working with the doctors to help out as much as I can!
